1. Who we are and how these terms work

Welcome to Dash Pay ("Dash Pay", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms form a binding agreement between Dash Pay Pty Ltd (ABN 63 265 093 727) and you when you create an account, order or use a Dash Pay card, use an account/IBAN, or use our app or website (together, the Service).

Some parts of the Service are provided by our Issuing Partner (Pending) (for example: card issuing, accounts/IBANs, payment processing and settlement). Their terms will also apply. If there's a conflict, the Issuing Partner's terms govern those specific services.

By using Dash Pay, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be resident in Australia.
• Use Dash Pay only for lawful purposes.
• Pass our onboarding checks (identity verification, fraud screening, sanctions screening).

We may decline or suspend access if you fail these checks or otherwise breach these Terms.

3. Using Dash Pay

Dash Pay lets you:

• Store and send money digitally.
• Split payments and bills with others.
• Pay merchants and third parties.
• Receive money into your Dash Pay balance or linked account.

Some features may be added, changed or removed over time.

4. Security

Keep your login credentials, PINs and devices safe. You're responsible for transactions authorised with your credentials. Contact us immediately if you suspect fraud or unauthorised use.

We comply with the ePayments Code.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use Dash Pay for illegal or harmful activities, including: fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions breaches, child exploitation, illegal gambling, controlled substances, IP infringement, or anything on our Prohibited Activities list.

14. Privacy

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
